Psych Scene Live Course Booking Terms & Conditions
The client must confirm their course participation with full payment. In case of inability to attend the course, the client must inform Psych Scene about cancellation no later than 30 days prior to the course date. When participation cancellation is informed in writing 30+ days prior to the course date, the course payment is reimbursed in full. However, if the client has received access to the pre-course resources prior to having informed Psych Scene about the cancellation, a 20% cancellation fee occurs.
In case the College declines a place in the RANZCP exam, or if other unforeseeable circumstances cause the client’s inability to attend the course, Psych Scene may allow for a transferral to a later course date at their discretion, however, no later than 14 days prior to the course date. In these cases the payment can be carried over to a later course with an additional change fee of $195 occurring. Any cancellations that occur later than 14 days prior to the course dates will see the full payment forfeited.
When making a booking and attending the course, the client acknowledges that Psych Scene has full rights to all aspects of event organisation according to their preference, including program schedule, venue arrangements, filming, photographing and recording, and possible event sponsors.
Psych Scene reserves the right to cancellation of the event or change of event dates in the case of inadequate number of participants or other circumstances where necessary. It is the organiser’s recommendation that clients ensure that any travel reservations made for the purposes of attending the course come with a full cancellation right or are covered under an appropriate travel insurance in case of need for cancellation.
